Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with comfortable amenities and a quiet terrace; the service is top-notch and very attentive, though some setbacks are noted. The hotel's location is exceptional, with stunning river views and lush surroundings, offering easy access to various attractions. The dining experience is remarkable, with a wide range of high-quality dishes. Overall, a great stay with a few minor areas to consider.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a large bathroom, bedroom, and sitting area, plus a sizable terrace facing the gardens. While the rooms felt a bit rustic and dated for a luxury-standard Belmond property, they had all the right amenities, from robes to an electric kettle, despite the slight inconvenience.
The hotel provides a wonderful experience with beautifully designed rooms overlooking the river. The tranquil setting is slightly offset by nighttime noise from nearby areas, but the room itself is fantastic, especially with the stunning shower views. Service truly shines here, being exceptionally welcoming and accommodating throughout our relaxing 4-night stay. The location near the Urubamba River is perfect for various activities and offers a convenient stop for the Hiram Bingham train. Dining was superb, complementing the overall delightful experience.
The hotel rooms were beautiful, comfortable, clean, and with the right amount of 'touch' with amenities to make it memorable. It had stunning views despite the lack of TV, which didn't bother me much. However, there were some issues at night to consider.
